Poor quality

REALLY angry 11/23/2020

The small plastic end-piece on the handle broke, so I removed it and tried to purchase a replacement. Only to learn that GE would not sell me just that part, I would have to buy a complete door assembly for $432.00. This is for the top-of-the-line Monogram model, less that two years old, that we paid $599.00 for. EXPLAIN THAT TO ME!
