In 2.5 years I've had the ice maker fixed twice. The door won't adjust anymore and rubs together. Now the board shows of off and won't reset. I have to call to have a service tech come out again. I have spent an additional $1k on this thing and I'm done!!

We have had this fridge about a month now. It has been wonderful. The refrigerator is quiet. It started cooling so quickly. The lights inside are so crisp and bright. It has great room for all size products inside. We like the door bins that hold 2 gallon of milk which clears up so much other room. The auto close doors can be a lifesaver with kids in and out as well. The function of this refrigerator all together is great and the smooth black stainless steel is very nice. We are very happy with this purchase.

This was the closest model refrigerator I could get that was somewhat similar to the LG I had and loved. While it's very spacious inside and holds a lot of items in the regular refrigeration section and also the expansive freezer drawer, the layout in both areas could be better. This model doesn't have the shelves that retract to a smaller size if you have taller items that cannot go on a door shelf or where you can't raise the top shelf anymore. The ice maker is on the top shelf on the left side of the refrigerator, so there's a loss of space because of that and the top shelf on that side is very limited as far as height. My LG had the ice maker feature IN the left door and still had shelves on it for storing smaller items like condiments and such. The freezer drawer at the bottom of the unit is large and has a divider in the bottom and there is also one slide out drawer above the main section at the bottom. It could use a small catch all area on the pull out part of the drawer for small items like single freeze pops or ice cream bars. I selected the unit in black stainless and it makes a nice appearance in my kitchen.

Very nice looking appliance. The interior is well laid out and functional. My only complaints are the shelves are very difficult to install next to each other and the ice maker is quite noisy. Lights for the freezer are not as bright as they could be. All in all this unit is more than adequate.

The fridge works well and has great space. Only issue is that a good deal of condensation builds up on the top of the freezer door and we have to wipe it down daily. We ended up removing the door close bumpers to get the is to slow down.

Overall we are very satisfied with the fridge. The are for milk/2-liters/etc is nice, but the other shelves only allow small things. We may remove a shelf to address that. But it definitely is a well designed product using the space it has inside for storage. Too early to tell about the design for the freezer portion but has anyone found a great way to address freezer storage yet!

I don't know why I found so many mixed reviews on this fridge. The bad stated it was loud and features as water didn't work correctly. I can state this is quieter than my old GE profile and the water is perfect. Not to mention the lighting and easy customization inside the fridge. All wrapped up in a price tag lower than competition.

Love the black stainless color. Inside is roomy and easy to adjust shelves. Doors have a small unusual shelf at the bottom. I use these for the grandkids smoothie bottles. Ice maker makes sufficient ice and produces square cubes (which is like). Overall great purchase.

I have had this fridge for a week now and I™™m so happy with it. I replaced a side-by-side and was never satisfied with the space in it. This refrigerator has great lighting and more than adequate space. Very pleased. The one small negative is the loud noise of water hitting the icemaker. It™™s brief but very loud. I can certainly live with that!

Frigidaire sent out a company to repair 6mth old fridge. After 4 visits, it was deemed ™non repairable™ and I was told by Frigidaire™™s contract repair company that Frigidaire would contact me to replace the entire unit. Another tech sent out by Frigidaire now. Now I have to start the repair process all over per Frigidaire even after conf call with the contracted repair company. Issue since Nov and it™™s now end of Jan. This unit is less than 7 mths old & all boards have been replaced & complete ice maker replaced. Still issues on a brand new unit and more days off work to wait on more techs. I would never buy anything from this company. No communication and multiple ended promises. Needs better communication between contractor & Frigidaire. Can™™t get communication from contracted repair company. Told not their job or fault. Can™™t get documentation of service calls or tech names. DO NOT buy or use Frigidaire!! Poor customer service & warranty!

Just purchased to replace a 21-yr old Maytag that was getting noisy (compressor). Shopped Frigidaire brand on the advice of an appliance repairman. This model is roomy, loaded with extra features, with ease of access at the top of the list. The design of bottom freezer units is much improved now, with drawer (rather than door) style opening. The two freezer shelves move independently. Would recommend this brand and model to anyone.
