Perfect for our needs, plenty of room, The glass shelves are great. and great lighting. Only thing needed was instructions on how to move the shelving. they have locking mechanisms I have never seen before and there were no instructions on how to remove them.

This 20 Cu. Ft Upright Freezer is awesome!When our side by side refrigerator/Freezer recently died, we decided to get just a freezer since I have so many freezable items. This upright freezer is easy to navigate. No digging. Nothing is stacked on top of other items that makes it difficult to reach. This upright freezer has not been a disappointment. We haven™™t had it very long, but the time we have had it, has done an amazing job at keeping everything frozen. There is so much room on the side of the door and love the adjustable shelving. I really like the stand up freezer 100% better than a chest freezer. You can see what you are grabbing and do not have to dig aroundIn it to find what you are looking for. The door shuts very tight. Great price as well!!

I have in the past a chest freezer. When my chest freezer died I decided to purchase a stand up freezer. Since I keep mine in the garage I decided to purchase one in the color Carbon which is a dark gray and no handles. So far it has kept everything frozen and the bonus no defrosting twice a year.

After letting the freezer settle after shipping, I plugged itIn and in 5 hours it was running -3 degrees. Loaded everything from my chest type freezer into it and still have lots of room.It is in my shop and outside temps have been in the mid 90™™sI like the garage ready feature and the Carbon color is great.After a week, I have no complaints. Really like this freezer

The freezer itself is fine. I wish it was deeper though and has more shelves.The downside is whoever they use for north Atlanta area concierge service is horrible. Concierge Group Logistics & Installations. They forgot to deliver on promised date. And they lack communication skill. I don't know how Frigidaire still uses them. I wish you don't.

Have had the freezer running for two weeks in a non-heated or cooled garage. Had to turn the thermostat to maximum cooling to get the freezer temperature to 5 degrees. Ambient temperature currently is 78 degrees. Would prefer it to get the freezer temperature to zero or slightly below, but it appears that's not going to happen.

This came garage ready. The hinge was on the appropriate side. The only thing I would have changed would be to make sure the freezer have leveling legs. There are anti tip legs in front but the instructions stated to have those extend to just touching the floor. That helped a little but no enough to stop the rocking.

The freezer was a great price on sale at Home Depot and now that it is home and running it is amazing. Super cold and great seal. It definitely is ideal for a garage location and the carbon coloring is pretty awesome. Plenty of space in the freezer and this is replacing a chest freezer so easy to locate the food unlike a chest freezer where you have to pull items out to see what's below. Highly recommend
