Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

The manufacturer's parts and labor warranty is typically for only 1 year but for as little as $110 for an appliance with a purchase price of under $500, you can have peace of mind for a total of five years. Kitchen package appliance coverage plans are available if you wish to protect multiple appliances at the time of purchase.

Did you know that the average cost for a service company to come to your home and diagnose an out-of-warranty appliance problem is $100.00. Once the problem is determined, there is the additional expense for parts and labor to resolve it. Appliance repairs can range between $150 and $500.

If you are concerned about spending money on a service contract you will never need, our New Leaf ServicePro extended service plans will refund 50% of the service contract purchase price to you if no covered appliances have service calls during the extended warranty coverage period. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

I like the touch tab feature.

Granny 79 2/2/2020

Overall, it's OK. However, sometimes it makes a loud noise like something is wrong. No air is coming out when this happens. The noise lasts for about 5 minutes.

Great Features and Value!!

ricky47 7/17/2019

A very "cool" unit, that features easy to learn and use controls. Also provides "heat" if needed. Has front access to filters. Most important, an easy to read owner's manual, with lots of pictures and illustrations, discussing installation and operation of the unit. Enjoy comfort and reliability, with this well-engineered and dependable unit.

too bad fan will not turn itself off.........

short40 7/10/2019

When the air conditioner or heat is stopped by the thermostat, the fan should also turn itself off after a suitable time. The fan runs all the time, whether the A/C or heat is running or not.

Do not buy this for your house

hotinthesummer 7/1/2019

My builder installed this in my small house as a heating/air unit less than a year ago. I moved in the house in March and it was fine until April hit and hot weather began. The unit could not keep up and it does not dehumidify the house at all. I went online and schedule a GE service tech to come out and it was a hot mess. The technician didn't show up on his scheduled day, and ended up coming out a couple days later. He didn't find anything wrong. Fast forward to July, I am DYING. My house is so hot and I have bought another unit to help cool the house. In addition, I have purchased a dehumidifier because the humidity in the house was anywhere from 60-75% at any given day. When I spoke to the actual dealer that sold this unit to my builder, he said this unit will not cool down to the 66 degrees that it can be set to. It basically will cool the air 16-20 degrees from where the air is coming into the unit at. That was disappointing. I wish my builder would have never sold me on this unit because now I have a HUGE hole in my living room that will need to be filled in at some point when I decide to pay for a traditional heat pump.

Terrible machine - DO NOT BUY

PatChicago 5/31/2019

We've had multiple units break within a year - always involving major components. GE only wants to repair machines ... for a unit used for 3 MONTHS!!! The repairman said: "The unit needs a "complete rebuild" new main board, new compressor, new coils, new condenser, new evaporator, new valves, tubes and refrigerants…EVERYTHING. That's ridiculous. Plus the parts are on back order indefinitely, so they have to do a "parts review". Bottom-line, we're without heat/air for more than a month (this summer and last summer!!) GE service and commitment to their products is horrendous.

Quiet and Efficient

NCPop 5/31/2019

I just replaced my 17 year old GE Zonelines with two new GE Zonelines. These new Zonelines are noticeably quiet even on high! I installed them in temperatures close to 100 degrees and they quickly, quietly and efficiently lowered the temps to 72 degrees. These new Zonelines are awesome and I would definitely buy them again.

Heats or cools the room very evenly

John 36 4/25/2019

This unit replaced a GE Heat Pump AC that we had used for approximately 10 years. The new unit is superior to the old unit in the way it more evenly distributes the heat and/or air throughout the room

Sarah55 2/23/2019

Commpressor broke after only 1 year of owning it. Had to completely replace it. Also, it didn't heat or cool very good when it was brand new. Very cheap and would never buy again.

Really Quiet but Frosty

DavidR47 12/2/2018

My zoneline has been in use for about a year and I like almost everything about it. First, it fit right into the box as my old unit but it required a different cord - a relatively costly item because it has a special connector. Second, this thing is much quieter than the old unit and I think it uses less electricity. My major concern is that it frosts/freezes up a lot during cooler, humid days - 40 to 50 F - where some heat is needed. The defrost cycle doesn't seem to come on enough or stay on long enough when it does so I have to turn the unit off and defrost manually... not sure what else to do or what to check. If it wasn't for the frost, I would give it 5 stars.
