Oven Cooks Poorly

I purchased this electric range one year ago along with a Whirlpool refrigerator and Whirlpool microwave. The cooktop of the range cooks as designed. The oven cooks very poorly. In spite of raising the temperature above the recipe instructions and cooking longer than directed the food is still not cooked thoroughly.

I bought this range about a month ago and I love it! The keep warm burner is wonderful. It keeps hot food at the right temperature without scorching. The oven bakes like a dream. Perfect chocolate chip cookies in 11 minutes and sour dough bread is a light golden brown. Whirlpool Range

Range was delivered on 8/24/2019 and I'vehad a service technician out on 9/4/2019. What asked for a replacement range but was not old Ihad Togo through my warranty contract. Problem with front 2 burners. If one burner is on high the other works very little or not at all. Technican stated it's not the stove but my electrical plug or from the electrical box. I explained I have no problem with my electrical and the electric box was done in 2007. He stated there was nothing he could do. I will be contacting the consumer affairs office, Whirlpool, and any other agency any one recommend s.

not self cleaning

best buy site says self cleaning which it is, steam clean should been noted. [reason for 4 stars. Love the 5 element kept warm use it often. used front right primary and front left for quick water boil. also back left and right for melting. wonderful oven enjoy eating in now.

I love this range! It provides even cooking both inside the oven and on the stove top. The surface is easy to clean and the all black stove is very sleek and contemporary!

We bought this range as part of a whole new kitchen suite. We're very happy with the look as it matches the rest of the appliances. We love the smooth cooktop which makes keeping it clean an easy job. Our only concern so far is that there seems to be a lot of flexing or bending front to back on the structural box of the range as if there is no bracing to prevent it. It doesn't seem to have any rigidity front to back and we're not sure why this is. The movement would appear to be a safety concern if there was a pot of hot boiling water on the cooktop.
