Induction Cooktop by Bosch - The New Way!

We love using our new induction cooktop. It heats up very quickly and the temperature controls adjust immediately upon changing. The highs and lows of temperature are much greater than a gas cooktop.

What an upgrade!

I have always been a fan of gas ranges, but by necessity had to install a new electric one. I opted for this Bosch induction cooktop and it is wonderful! Its nearly instantaneous response time reminds me of gas, but without the indoor pollution. And the completely flat surface-- no knobs-- is a game changer for easy clean up!
